“You can live in the space before it’s built.” – Tom Hartley Jnr
The Challenge
When Tom Hartley Jnr began developing his latest high-end showroom, he was clear on his ambition—but not always the specifics of how it would come together. That’s where Modunite stepped in.
“I’ve never embarked on a project like this before. Signing off design elements without seeing the space was difficult—until Modunite’s 3D visuals let me live in those spaces before they were built.”
How Modunite Helped
• 3D CGI walkthroughs
• Immersive VR experience
• Detailed staging with lighting, furniture & accessories
Through stunning CGI and VR walkthroughs, we helped Tom explore layout, lighting, furnishings and finishes—down to the smallest detail—before anything was physically constructed.

Alice, the project’s interior designer, said:
“Being able to visualise the space with furniture, lighting and accessories makes it feel so much more real. It really sells what you’re trying to achieve.”
Tom summed it up best:
“If you’re investing heavily in a space, it’s worth spending a bit more upfront to avoid costly mistakes. The VR experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Modunite.”
